How to Lounge…Tip #6

I know there have been times when the day gets so hectic that I sometimes don’t get a shower during the day! Or they are usually so rushed that barely get any time to just relax and take my shower without someone tugging on the shower curtain and letting all the cold air in. So, our lounge tip this week is how to make the most of your precious showers.

  1. Take an Aromatic Shower-Here’s how:

For a spa treatment shower, let your shower run for approximately 3 minutes with the bathroom door shut. This will get the bathroom all nice and steamy. Step into the shower and shampoo and shower with soothing aroma scents.

Essential oils used with running water will vaporize the scent. However, a wonderful wake-up treatment using essential oils in a shower makes perfect sense. Choose an invigorating scent, and after washing place 2-3 drops on a clean cloth or sponge and rub it briskly all over your body. If using on your face, rub gently. Rinse as normal.
